$5000 bonus for front end? Good gravy. I wonder how people come up with bonus amounts for these types of things. “This job is more important.” “This job requires a higher caliber of human than most.”

Coming in and asking the tough questions. I imagine it could be anything you want to spend time/energy committed to. Typically related to an employer in this channel since the idea would be to help someone find new employment if they are interested in it.

We are looking for a front end engineer, apparently they have had some people apply but nobody that seemed promising. They are looking for at least medium level skill (whatever that means), so probably someone with a little experience already.
